Case 1.6.4 Infectious enterocolitis


Infectious enterocolitis:
Clostridium difficile infect with a thick submucosa and to a lesser degree the mucosa
Infectious enterocolitis:
Ileocecitis with a thickened submucosal wall

Viral gastroenteritis with enlarged lymph nodes and not a Crohn. An MRI a few weeks later was normal
