Malignant lymphomas


B cell lymphoma:
B cell lymphoma
B cell lymphoma:
B cell lymphoma of the testis with a hypervascularized mass replacing most of the normal testis
Non Hodgkin's lymphoma:
Non Hodgkin's lymphoma with a hypoechoic vascularized mass in a swollen left testicle and a normal slightly atrophic right testicle
Pitfalls:
Inhomgeneous swollen right testis with areas of increased vascularity that biopsy proved to be a chronic inflammation and not malignant
Pitfalls:
Large testicular mass in an elderly patient that we interpreted as a possible lymphoma but that proved to be a large seminoma
