Breast and Axilla | 5.4 Elastography
Case 5.4.1 Elastography benign lesions

Elastography:
Typical benign lesion that remained unchanged over time (No biopsy was performed)
Elastography:
Small fibroadenoma. The lesion is soft with elastography
Elastography:
Soft lesion with elastography that biopsy proved to be benign fibroadenosis
Elastography:
Sclerosing adenosis that was soft with elastoghraphy
Elastography:
Tiny lesion soft with elastography that biopsy proved to be benign
Elastography:
Papilloma with a lobulated mass that is not stiffer than the surrounding tissue
Elastography:
2 Fibroadenomas
Elastography:
Well defined oval lesion that proved to be a fibroadenoma
Elastography:
Lobulated fibroadenoma
Elastography:
Fibroadenoma with a classical well defined hypoechoic oval mass
Elastography:
Fibroadenoma that is soft with elastography
Elastography:
Oval fairly well defined mass causing acoustic shadowing that proved to be a fibroadenoma. The lesion is fairly soft with elastography
Elastography:
Fibroadenoma with a classical well defined hypoechoic oval mass
Elastography:
Classical fibroadenoma in an augmented breast
Elastography:
2 benign fibroadenomas that are soft with elastography
Elastography:
PASH Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia. Benign lesion with stiffness equal to the surrounding tissue
Elastography:
Fibroadenoma with an oval lesion which is not stiffer than the surrounding tissue with elastography
Elastography:
Small cyst with classical blue green red appearance with elastography
Elastography:
Benign cyst with inspisated material causing increased stiffness with elastography
Elastography:
Tiny hypoechoic mass that proved to be an inspisated cyst. In this case the content is softer with elastography but not classical for a cyst
Elastography:
Small hypoechoic lesion surrounded by hyperechoic fatty tissue that biopsy proved to be a chronic inflammation
Elastography:
Typical benign lesion that remained unchanged over time (No biopsy was performed)
Elastography:
Small fibroadenoma. The lesion is soft with elastography
