Patient Data: 49 year old male

Clinical Info: Painless palpable mass in the neck

Longitudinal image of the mass that is mainly well defined but not a the upperpole

Longitudinal image again showing a well defined mass but not at the lowerpole

Longitudinal image of the lower pole showing that the mass is in continuity with a nerve

Longitudinal image of the same mass also shows continuity with a nerve at the upperpole. There is only vascularity in the mass and not in the nerve

Transverse image of the same mass

Transverse image a bit below the mass shows normal findings

There is a well defined vascularized mass in the neck in continuity with the brachial plexus. Biopsy proved the mass to be a schwannoma
