Patient has a severe cachexia and weight loss.

The gallbladder wall is thickened and there are gallstones

The right kidney is also slightly dilated

The right ureter is compressed by another mass

The mass is at the site of the right ovary

This mass is slightly vascularized

There are also some pathological lymph nodes

Patient has also developed a small amount of ascites

Conclusion

A metastasis in an ovary from a stomach or a gallbladder carcinoma is called a Krukenberg tumor. In this case the abnormal gallbladder and the stomach are continuous with each other.
Biopsy of the ovarian mass revealed a metastasis of a gallbladder or stomach carcinoma in the ovary. Because of the extend of the abnormalities and the old age of the patient no further examinations and treatment were done.
