Patient Data: 2 year old female patient

Clinical Info: This very young patient has a large palpable abdominal mass

There is an abnormal calcified mass in the liver hilum

The calcifications are part of a larger mass

The mass is part of a larger retroperitoneal mass

The mass extend around the great vessels

The mass extends below the liver and has multiple calcifications

The mass extends towards the renal hilum

A large retroperitoneal extending mass with calcifications is always suspicious of a neuroblastoma therefore the child was referred to a pediatric oncological centre where the diagnosis neuroblastoma was confirmed
