Infectious mononucleosis with a thickened gallbladder wall

Clinical information

Fatigue and lack of energy and moderate fever

Infectious mononucleosis with a thickened gallbladder wall

Infectious mononucleosis with enlarged lymph nodes and splenomegaly

The enlarged spleen has a small peripheral infarction

There is also some ascites

A few months later the gallbladder has returned to normal and the lymph nodes have decreased in size

The ascites has gone and the spleen is much smaller
