Hamstrings rupture with retracted hamstring muscle insertions, bare tuber ischiadicum and atrophic hamstring muscles

There is marked atrophy of the biceps femoris and semitendinosis muscles with increased echogenicity

Insertion tendinopathy on the contralateral side with a thickened hypervascularized hamstring insertion
