Incomplete testicular torsion

Incomplete testicular torsion of the left testicle in a 13 year old boy with a reactive hydrocele and a swollen hypoechoic testicle and inhomogeneous epididymis and diminished but remaining vascularization of the left testicle. Patient was not operated.
